Job Overview

The position of a Strategic Account Manager involves managing a portfolio of clients across multiple regions, delivering customized solutions, growing business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Buil[d] and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review needs and forecasts
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Production, Design)
  • Manage rolling forecasts, monitor orders, and resolve issues
  • Report on sales performance, market trends, and client activity
  • Monitor invoicing and assist with account queries
  • Actively manage slow-moving stock
About the Position:
  • Proven experience in Account Management or Sales is required
  • Sales experience within the industry is highly regarded
  • Strong knowledge of product sales, forecasting, and negotiation
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Able to travel to various locations
