
Strategic Account Manager

The position of a Strategic Account Manager involves managing a portfolio of clients across multiple regions, delivering customized solutions, growing business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities- Buil[d] and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct regular client meetings to review needs and forecasts
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Production, Design)
- Manage rolling forecasts, monitor orders, and resolve issues
- Report on sales performance, market trends, and client activity
- Monitor invoicing and assist with account queries
- Actively manage slow-moving stock
- Proven experience in Account Management or Sales is required
- Sales experience within the industry is highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of product sales, forecasting, and negotiation
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to travel to various locations
