Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage high-performing account managers through coaching and strategic direction.
- Evaluate and implement effective sales strategies and planning activities to meet ambitious business targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop talent for the team, ensuring succession planning and meeting KPIs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to support business expansion.
- Analyse market trends and provide insightful commercial analysis to inform key business decisions.
- Deliver performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, sales, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
- Experience in sales performance management and coaching, with a focus on behaviour change.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management software.
- Current driver's license.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
