About the Role

As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for building trust and negotiating repayment solutions with customers in financial distress. Your ability to communicate effectively, empathize with customers, and manage your own workload will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Job Summary
  • You will secure payment from customers while maintaining strong relationships, providing support to vulnerable customers, and ensuring all administrative duties related to collections efficiency are performed.
  • You will interact with customers daily, handle inbound queries, and work independently to build trust and negotiate repayment solutions, monitoring repayments and liaising with the DCA department as needed.
What You Will Bring
  • At least 2 years of experience in a collections role or customer-facing position, with a deep understanding of debt collection processes.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • A sound knowledge of collection techniques, regulatory requirements, and relevant guidelines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, organizational, and time management skills.
