Key Responsibilities
  • We seek a skilled Sales Strategy Executive to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on projects aimed at elevating sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue incrementality.
  • This role involves developing rigorous reporting and forecasting analyses on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to track sales pipeline progress, meeting, and pitch velocity, as well as growth in existing clients and acquisitions.
  • The ideal candidate will build automation and scalability, optimize operational processes, and ensure seamless integration with systems, tools, and technology.
  • Leadership is required to drive the annual and quarterly sales planning processes, including development of channel and market business plans, operating models, customer segmentation, and resource allocation.
  • The Sales Strategy Executive will develop and recommend strategies for LCS EMEA and LCS AUS, working closely with senior sales and cross-functional leaders.
  • This position demands an analytical approach to identify short and long-term resource needs and evolve sales strategy and structure accordingly.
  • Market analysis, including competitive landscape assessments, is essential to formulate go-to-market plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
  • 7-10 years of post-undergrad experience.
  • Experience in the online marketing and advertising industry is preferred.
  • Management consulting, strategy, and operations experience is highly valued.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working across multiple business units, especially sales and finance, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate for successful program implementation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven experience partnering with executive/senior stakeholders to drive influence and thought leadership.
  • Data Proficiency and Technical Skills: Proficiency in sales systems and tools, such as SFDC, Google Suite of Business Tools (Google Sheets/Docs/Slides). Ability to analyze complex datasets across various business intelligence tools to identify trends and generate meaningful business insights. SQL experience is a plus.
  • Strategic and Analytical Capability: Strong strategic thinking, excellent analytical skills, and a structured problem-solving approach.
