Sales Growth Leader Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with company procedures.
  • Implement the commercial strategy for assigned regions, customers, and clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with qualification, proposal, and bidding units to execute all bidding/qualification activities up to delegated authority.
  • Acquire and report relevant market information to optimize sales activities for assigned geographical areas.
  • Develop and maintain key client, partner, and competitor databases with key data information.
  • Update companies' databases with sales-relevant data for assigned regions.
  • Issue and develop bidding prioritization frameworks.
  • Support ongoing project delivery teams for negotiation activities and contract support.
  • Monitor and control activities performed by local business facilitators.
  • Set up JV/Consortium agreements in accordance with BU commercial strategy and company policies.
  • Perform win-loss analysis for selected bids within 30 days of results.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports for assigned regions or as requested.
  • Lead sales and bid teams to deliver successful outcomes for bids, tenders, or initiatives.
