Job Description:

The Sales and Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share, lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets, conduct market analysis and refine marketing strategies to stay competitive.

Main Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, leading and managing the sales team, and staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role with proven success in developing and executing sales strategies and driving sales performance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in English.

Key qualifications for this position include building and maintaining relationships with national buyers and key accounts, developing strategic customer plans, setting KPIs and supporting performance development.
