About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to drive profitable sales growth by leveraging marketing plans and implementing key strategies with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead field communications for effective internal and external team engagement.
  • Collaborate with account managers to spearhead promotional submissions in alignment with customer plans.
  • Ensure accountability for appropriate accrual levels in customer activities, working alongside account managers.
  • Support key account managers in organizing promotional material for Trade Shows, Conferences, and other customer events.
  • Attend weekly supply forums and communicate business updates directly to key account managers and customers.
  • Collaborate with the shopper marketing team and key account managers to ensure the execution of customer plans at a best-in-class standard.
  • Work alongside key account managers and global business services to ensure timely processing of claims and effective accrual management in line with business controls.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 2-3 years in sales, either as a field representative or in an account executive role.
  • Experience in selling to organized accounts or multi-site owners in the FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Ideal experience in area sales management or senior sales representative roles, coupled with account management in the FMCG or similar industry.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales and promotional strategies.
  • Capable of negotiating at a state/regional level.
  • Proficient in identifying opportunities and implementing plans within customer accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, strong business acumen, and superior relationship-building and negotiation skills.
