Key Role: Participant Support Officer

The Participant Support Officer plays a crucial part in the Federal Government, delivering vital support to participants and coordinating appointments. This pivotal position requires exceptional organizational skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Managing and Resolving Participant Matters
  • Provide effective counter/reception support for the local office, including participant enquiries in self-help kiosks and client online support.
  • Resolve customer enquiries, offer information and/or refer customers to relevant government or community services.
  • Coordinate appointments utilizing Agency office facilities, ensuring these are accessible to participants.
  • Undertake research and investigation activities, preparing associated reports and correspondence.
  • Engage in various data entry activities, ensuring follow-up is completed.
  • Receive and record complaints and other feedback within the client Business systems.

This is a 12-month contract role with the possibility of extension, offering a competitive hourly rate of AU$36.27 + Super.
