Job Description

As a Team Leader, you will oversee and manage a team responsible for building strong relationships with participants, their families, and carers. Your key responsibility is to guide participants in making informed choices about their care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal and external service providers to ensure seamless support for participants.
  • Prepare and execute service agreements to ensure accuracy and alignment with participants' needs.

  • Understand and interpret participant plans, identifying gaps and opportunities for additional support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Background in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience or knowledge of the disability sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the sector.
