Employment Opportunities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will work with local businesses to source and create job vacancies for our participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult our operational guidelines and ensure that policies and procedures are followed.
  • Engage local businesses to source and create job vacancies for our participants.
  • Provide support, mentoring and other assistance ensuring the sustainability of participant employment placements.
  • Work with local site teams to assist participants to overcome both vocational and non-vocational barriers to employment.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working in employment services and programs.
  • Qualifications in training and assessment, employment services, mental health or related fields.
  • Proof of high performance in job services or customer services environment.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and client information management system.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
