Pink Ladies are hiring dedicated individuals to support NDIS participants in home settings.

Job Overview:

We require a caring and reliable team member to assist our participants with daily activities under the supervision of a coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support NDIS participants with daily tasks under coordination
  • Provide companionship and care to participants in their homes
  • Maintain accurate records of participant interactions and progress

Requirements:

  • Driver's license
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Working With Children Police check
  • Vaccination
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency

Work Arrangements:

This is a part-time, casual position working Monday to Friday with flexible hours.

We offer travel reimbursement and a competitive hourly rate ($26.00 - $28.00 per hour).

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.
