Support Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing participant plans and budgets, ensuring they receive tailored support services that meet their outcomes.

Your primary role will involve building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including participants, customers, community groups, and government departments. You will need to demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively within a framework that prioritizes participant satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Demonstrated experience in service coordination or practical experience within the disability sector
  • In-depth knowledge of policies and procedures related to service delivery
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
  • The ability to undergo background checks, including the NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check
