The Role

You will work in our vibrant community, coordinating exciting events, activities and services for residents, encouraging participation in various experiences every day, week and month.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position working Monday – Friday

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver engaging, inclusive and enjoyable events to our residents on a regular schedule
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program that promotes independence, learning new hobbies and social connections
  • Collaborate and engage with stakeholders such as our Resident Committee, local businesses and staff to deliver programs that increase participation
  • Create schedules for all new events and distribute newsletters highlighting upcoming events
  • Be the welcoming ambassador to all new residents by ensuring they are engaged and supported in their transition to our community.
  • Complete general ad-hoc duties including conducting feedback surveys, attending meetings, participating in networking events and general administrative tasks
