Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end participant journey: enquiry, intake, onboarding, and transitions.
  • Maintain and update participant documentation (support plans, risk assessments, consents, training records).
  • Liaise with families, support coordinators, schools, and allied health to support participant outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and audit readiness.
  • Design and deliver Buddies programs (e.g. Brew & Banter, Life Skills Lab), including scheduling, staffing, and resources.
  • Build strong community connections by attending events and networking with referrers.
  • Follow up referrals promptly and actively contribute to participant growth.
  • Support the development of systems, processes, and reporting to strengthen service delivery.

About You

  • Experience in participant management, compliance, or community engagement (NDIS/disability sector preferred).
  • Confident in liaising with families, coordinators, and allied health.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with program coordination and event delivery.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership.

Pay & Conditions

  • Part-time position (16–20 hrs/week, 2–3 days).
  • Pay in line with SCHADS Award Level 3–4 (pro rata), plus superannuation.
