
Organisational Performance Enhancement Professional

We are seeking a skilled Organisational Development Specialist to create and support the use of fit-for-purpose tools, strategies, and frameworks to boost our culture, capacity, and capability.
You will work closely with our front-line leaders to improve engagement and retention, and provide accurate and timely information to key stakeholders.
- Lead and/or support the design and implementation of organisation-wide talent, performance, engagement, and capability initiatives
- Maintain a growth mindset, acknowledge criticism, encourage critical thinking, and gather feedback
- Produce high-quality work containing data analysis, relevant recommendations, and impactful messaging
- Think strategically, set priorities, manage multiple projects, and ensure deliverables are scoped and delivered on time
The role involves managing the implementation of a new onboarding experience, embedding our new capability framework, and supporting our leaders to drive change and improvement.
As part of our new OD team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to our growth and success.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience leading organisational development initiatives
- Excellent communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources/Organisational Development/Organisational Psychology/Education or a related discipline
