We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our Organisational Development initiatives. This role will oversee performance management processes, build organisational capability, and champion projects that underpin long-term success.

  • Drive the delivery of performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and calibrations.
  • Implement and embed our performance framework across the organisation.
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to activate culture, enhance goal quality, and support leadership development.
  • Embed organisational principles into performance practices and development programs.
  • Use data analytics to track adoption, engagement, and impact, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on performance challenges and opportunities.

About You:

  • Degree qualifications in Business and/or Human Resources.
  • 5+ years' experience in HR or organisational development, ideally in a performance-focused role.
  • Experience in delivering performance management processes, frameworks, or culture initiatives across complex organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
