About the Role:
The Business Growth Strategist is a key professional in driving expansion and success of the Pet Nutrition business across ANZ and APAC regions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and execute strategies to increase market share and profitability through sustained business development initiatives.
- Maintain robust relationships with vital customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to synchronize business objectives and achieve set targets.
- Continuously monitor market dynamics and stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and technical advancements.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and new business proposals to secure opportunities.
- Effectively manage pricing, contract negotiations, credit terms, and debtor management.
- Proactively identify and grow customer base, develop existing and new products, and create market opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Provide comprehensive analysis of market and competitor activities to senior leadership.
- Ensure timely and efficient communication of all analysis and development matters to stakeholders.
- Analyze and report on market trends, gap analysis, and potential cross-selling opportunities.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Manage Customer Service Excellence as measured by external customer feedback.
