This is an exciting opportunity to join Mathspace, a leading edtech company rethinking how we teach and learn mathematics.

Mathspace is dedicated to building adaptive learning technology that personalises how students learn. We're looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team on a casual basis.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Utilising our database (Hubspot) to work through queues and coordinate meetings with schools and current customers
  • Engaging prospects at different stages to book demos and training meetings on behalf of the sales team
  • Collaborating with the sales team to inform outreach strategy
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of the Mathspace product

We're seeking someone who can demonstrate:

  • A customer success mindset: willingness to help customers succeed with our product and navigate operational challenges
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
  • Business-level English, excellent communication skills
  • Availability: at least 5hrs x 3 days per week, with additional hours available

Mathspace offers a competitive salary of AU$50,000 - AU$70,000 per year, plus commissions and kickers for hitting targets.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, customer success, or account management
  • Experience working toward individual and collaborative goals/KPIs
  • Familiarity with CRM technology and/or account management principles
