Digital Account Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital wholesale team, you will be responsible for driving growth and optimizing the consumer experience through data analysis and content execution.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and report on digital KPIs (CTR, PDP views, CVR, ATC, ROAS) to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support the rollout of global and regional DPC initiatives, ensuring execution is adapted to client requirements.
- Ensure product content is accurate, consistent, and optimized across digital touchpoints.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver seasonal activations.
- Prepare reporting packs, dashboards, and insights using tools like Power BI and Similarweb.
- Contribute to performance reviews and seasonal sell-in processes by providing data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with external account contacts on day-to-day operations and executional follow-ups.
- Share best practices with the team to support account growth.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of digital KPIs and how to use them to improve performance.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfortable working with BI tools and Excel.
- Experience in eCommerce, marketplace operations, or account management.
- Clear communicator, able to summarize insights and support recommendations.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Customer and consumer focused, with ability to spot execution gaps and suggest improvements.
