This strategic role combines engagement, initiative execution, and account management to accelerate wholesale growth. As a centre of digital expertise and the account owner for key categories, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance and leading the rollout of tested initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate global and Emerging Markets strategies into actionable plans for specific regions.
  • Serve as lead point of contact for selected wholesale accounts and manage commercial performance metrics.
  • Lead the rollout of tested initiatives across regions, ensuring local adaptation and scalability.
  • Conduct digital audits and use findings to drive business plans with wholesale partners.
  • Build long-term partnerships by leading seasonal sell-in processes, performance reviews, and product education.
  • Optimize digital shelf performance by monitoring KPIs (CTR, PDP views, CVR, ATC, ROAS) and improving execution.
  • Provide digital expertise and training to internal teams and external partners to enable transformation.
  • Collaborate with global, regional, and market teams to share best practices and accelerate sell-out.
Requirements
  • Strong sales acumen with proven track record of delivering versus measurable targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and networking skills.
  • Deep knowledge of eCommerce operations, financial metrics, and digital consumer experience.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong methodological skills (business planning, strategic development).
  • Customer and consumer focused, with ability to anticipate demand and identify opportunities.
