About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at CreativeCubes. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and be able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive Problem Resolution: Anticipate potential customer issues and resolve them efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for all members.
  • Foster a Welcoming Environment: Help create and maintain a warm, professional atmosphere that makes every member feel valued and supported.
Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Attending to daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, member requirements, sales leads, meeting room bookings, and mail distribution.
  • Working closely with the Space Team to promote internal/external events and foster a sense of community.
  • Completing new member induction, onboarding/offboarding processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational procedures.
  • Providing support to other Team Members and Management to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of CreativeCubes.
  • Ensuring the 'Daily Checklist' is completed during the day according to Space & Organizational procedures.
  • Assisting with projects and supporting a Business Centre lead as needed.
ENQUIRIES AND NETWORKING:
  • We welcome all enquiries with the highest level of hospitality, following current Procedures.
  • Assist with following up enquiries as directed from time to time.
  • Assist with hosting and organizing networking and community events.
MAINTENANCE:
  • Reporting and completion of all maintenance requests both internally and with building management.
  • Work with other Team Members to ensure the centre is always in excellent condition.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
