At Woods & Co Recruitment, we have partnered with a leading Australian manufacturer to source an exceptional Receptionist who will be the welcoming face of their fourth-generation family-owned business.
The successful candidate will manage front-of-house responsibilities and office administration, working closely with colleagues across departments in a vibrant, high-energy, collaborative workplace and culture. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you'll provide warm and professional service, use project management software (ASANA) for job scheduling, and handle incoming calls, messages, and convey them accurately.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity to work in a stable and well-established company with a strong, close-knit culture where nearly a third of team members celebrate over a decade with the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in a reception or office environment, strong computer skills, and confidence in new software (experience with ASANA is a plus).
In return, you can expect a competitive salary of $62,500 + Super, autonomy in an independent role, and access to weekly on-site physiotherapy sessions, novated leasing options, and secure, long-term employment within a stable company.
