The Role
As a Sales and Specification Manager, you will be responsible for driving specification and promoting our products and services to key accounts within the Architectural and Design community in Melbourne. Your primary goal is to grow revenue and profitability by providing complete solutions for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth
- Responsible for achieving individual sales targets and contributing to overall team targets
- Proactively generate project opportunities in line with pipeline specification targets
- Collaborate with customers to understand design documentation and provide solution-based selling with product and technical information
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with key accounts at all levels
- Regular travel to Canberra
