As part of our Markets team, you'll collaborate with Sales, Capabilities, and Delivery teams to build strong client relationships and promote the NCS brand in the Australian market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategies to grow our client base and drive market presence, particularly within the federal government space.
- Manage key accounts, create value propositions, and craft innovative solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals and deliver profitable outcomes.
- Build a strong network of federal government contacts and drive complex bids, including responding to RFI's and RFP's.
- Utilize a consultative approach to have value-led conversations and drive sales success.
- Develop a deep knowledge of system integration technologies, including new and emerging tech.
- Extensive business development and sales experience in a systems integrator and/or technology consultancy.
- Proven track record of identifying opportunities and growing new business.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across various levels.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture and adapt to shifting demands.
