About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to drive growth and revenue in our Canberra office. As a key member of our Markets team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the NCS brand in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our client base and drive market presence, particularly within the federal government space.
  • Manage key accounts, create value propositions, and craft innovative solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals and deliver profitable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Capabilities, and Delivery teams to build strong client relationships and promote the NCS brand.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including responding to RFI's and RFP's.

Requirements:

  • Extensive business development and sales experience in a systems integrator and/or technology consultancy.
  • Proven track record of identifying opportunities and growing new business.
  • Strong network of federal government contacts and the ability to drive complex bids.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across various levels.
  • Consultative approach with the ability to have value-led conversations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, driven by sales success.
  • Deep knowledge of system integration technologies, including new and emerging tech.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture and adapt to shifting demands.
