About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Officer to join our team at Attune Hearing, an Amplifon brand. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with both new and existing customers through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls and email inquiries.

The primary objective of this role is to successfully book appointments for prospective clients seeking a complimentary hearing check at our clinics across Australia. This will involve utilising a predictive dialer system to manage call campaigns and drive business growth for Attune Hearing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team in various tasks as needed, while also working independently to meet individual responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Multitasking: Successfully manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritising responsibilities to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Meet assigned KPI Targets, including but not limited to: appointments booked per hour, appointments attendance rates, quality assurance.
  • Adhere to scripts provided.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by being polite and courteous, resulting in positive outcomes for the business.
  • Update the database, ensure accuracy of information, and take required notes of conversations.
  • Promote and represent the brand positively to potential and current clients.
  • Build client interest in the service being offered.
About You
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Contact Centre environment (preferably with a predictive dialler) or target based sales environment.
  • Great telephone skills & customer service orientation.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
