Customer Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relations Officer to join our busy in-house contact centre. As the first point of contact for new customers, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, sending confirmation and answering any questions they may have regarding location and service.
In this role, you will work closely with various internal teams to take bookings for promotional events and create a positive first experience for potential future residents.
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our communities.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule appointments and send confirmations to new customers
- Answer questions and address concerns from new customers
- Work closely with internal teams to take bookings for promotional events
- Contribute to creating a positive first experience for potential future residents
- Previous experience in a contact centre or customer relations role
- Strong customer-centric approach with an understanding of sales and converting leads to appointments
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build rapport at all levels
- Elevated level of computer literacy, including MS Office and Salesforce
- Experience in the age care or retirement living industry is highly advantageous
