Customer Relations Officer

Amplifon, a leading global hearing healthcare provider, is seeking an experienced Customer Relations Officer to join its Brisbane team. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business expansion by securing appointments for prospective clients.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is ideal for a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for sales and customer service. Your primary objective will be to engage with both new and existing customers through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls and email inquiries.
You will utilize a predictive dialer system to manage call campaigns and successfully book appointments for prospective clients seeking a complimentary hearing check at Amplifon clinics across Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Support team members in various tasks as needed, while also working independently to meet individual responsibilities and deadlines.
- Multitasking: Successfully manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Meet assigned KPI targets, including but not limited to: appointments booked per hour, appointments attendance rates, quality assurance.
- Adhere to provided scripts.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, resulting in positive outcomes for the business.
- Update the database, ensuring accuracy of information, and take required notes of conversations.
- Promote and represent the brand positively to potential and current clients.
- Build client interest in the service being offered.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience.

- Experience working in a fast-paced Contact Centre environment (preferably with a predictive dialler) or target-based sales environment.
- Great telephone skills & customer service orientation.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Clear and fluent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven above-average interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate sales, negotiation skills, and objection handling skills.
- Ability to learn detailed instructions quickly.
- Experience working in an environment with KPI's.
- Demonstrated ability to sell and achieve targets under pressure.
- Experience in cold calling and approaching new clients is desirable but not mandatory.
