The Role

As a Customer Relations Officer, you'll be responsible for engaging with new and existing customers through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls and email inquiries. You'll utilize a predictive dialer system to manage call campaigns and successfully book appointments for prospective clients seeking a complimentary hearing check at our clinics across Australia.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will support your team members in various related tasks as needed, while also working independently to meet individual responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Multitasking is essential: you will successfully manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • You will meet assigned KPI targets, including but not limited to: appointments booked per hour, appointments attendance rates, quality assurance.
  • You will adhere to the scripts provided and demonstrate excellent customer service skills by being polite and courteous, resulting in positive outcomes for the business.
  • You will update the database, ensure accuracy of information, and take required notes of conversations.
  • You will promote and represent the brand positively to potential and current clients.
  • You will build client interest in the services being offered.

About You

  • You have experience working in a fast-paced Contact Centre environment (preferably with a predictive dialler) or target-based sales environment.
  • You possess great telephone skills & customer service orientation.
  • You have intermediate computer skills.
  • You have clear and fluent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have proven above-average interpersonal skills.
  • You can demonstrate sales, negotiation skills, and objection handling skills.
  • You can learn detailed instructions quickly.
  • You have experience working in an environment with KPIs.
  • You can demonstrate your ability to sell and achieve targets under pressure.
  • Cold calling and approaching new clients experience is desirable but not mandatory.
