Job Title:

Asset Management Coordinator

About the Role:

This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing property related transactions across multiple teams, managing a diverse portfolio of projects including property purchases, sales, and modifications.

  • Deliver timely and efficient funds administration services to clients with disabilities.
  • Effectively coordinate and complete all processes associated with building and property-related transactions.
  • Maintain the pool and spa compliance program for all trust properties.
Responsibilities:

Establish effective communication with key external stakeholders, including real estate agents, valuers, conveyancers, builders, and architects.

Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Legal Section, in relation to building contracts.

Prepare high-level correspondence and documentation, such as Court Orders and memoranda for consideration by senior officials.

Develop and present quality reports and statistics; maintain proper documentation, recording, and tracking systems according to established performance standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
