Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a Property Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties in the southeastern suburbs of Melbourne.

  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of properties in the southeastern suburbs of Melbourne.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate records and files related to property management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Agents Representative Certificate
  • 12 Months Experience in Property Management
  • A Drivers License and Reliable Car (Car allowance included)
