Property Portfolio Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient handling of all property-related tasks
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Estate Agents Licence / Agents Representative Certificate
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable motor vehicle
  • 2-3 years experience managing 200 properties
  • Strong client focus and shared values
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage time effectively
