Dream Land Property Group is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Property Manager to join our growing Victoria-based Property Services team. Reporting directly to the Head of Property, you will play a vital role in managing and optimising InfraBuild's diverse real estate portfolio across the state.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused, organised, and career-driven individual ready to join one of Victoria's leading real estate teams. You'll be stepping into a well-maintained portfolio of approx. 50+ residential properties and expected to help us grow our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage company's portfolio of properties
  • Provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants
  • Conduct routine inspections and manage property maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal admin and marketing teams
  • Prepare entry and exit condition reports
  • Maintain accurate tenancy records and databases
  • Prepare for and attend VCAT hearings, resolving disputes professionally
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of property operations and asset performance
About You

We're looking for someone who is proactive, personable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships
  • Calm under pressure with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Energetic, can-do attitude and team player
