Residential Property Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 120 properties with 440 rent rolls. The ideal candidate will have expertise in residential property management, hold an Agent's Representative Certificate, and possess proficiency in software such as IRE, Inspect RE, and RP Office.

The Role

This role involves managing a large portfolio of residential properties, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day property management tasks, including inspections, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
