An exciting opportunity has arisen with this prominent business to take responsibility for the Property Management and leasing across their portfolio situated at a landmark Melbourne CBD location.

Our client our seeking an experienced Commercial Property expert to manage a portfolio consisting of commercial and retail tenants and an operated car park.

The successful applicant will provide guidance and advice to the Director of Operations and other internal stakeholders i.e. finance/ Facilities Management/ Project Services.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

- Highly active tenant management
- Lease administration and arrears management
- Assistance with budget preparation and management
- maintain registers as necessary
- meeting financial auditing requirements
- ensuring all parties are informed as to WHS requirements
- contractor liaison and management
- supporting the leasing process
- managing tenant/landlord conflict
- lease renewal negotiations
- daily, weekly, monthly property inspections
- risk management/hazard reporting
- day to day administration tasks with the support of a Property Administrator

Our client are seeking an experienced, diplomatic and enthusiastic individual who will work well in a team environment.

Ideally the successful applicant will have at least 10 years recent relevant experience working in a property agency or client side business.
