Property Optimisation Specialist

We are seeking a professional to contribute to high-quality decision making regarding council-owned and managed properties.
The ideal candidate will have excellent management and communication skills, with the ability to optimise property portfolio use and return consistent with council objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessing and providing options to optimise property portfolio use and return
- Liaising with local sporting and community organisations on leasing matters
- Implementing and administering leases, licences, and agreements
- Drafting reports and recommendations for the executive team and council
- Collecting information required under leases/licenses
- Administering and maintaining the lease and licence register
- Excellent management and communication skills
- Able to optimise property portfolio use and return
- Liaising with local sporting and community organisations
