About You

You are:

  • A self-motivated achiever with at least 2 years of Property Management experience
  • Up to date with relevant VIC residential tenancy legislation and compliance standards
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client service
  • A natural action-orientated individual who thrives in collaborative, high-performance environments

You also bring:

  • Advanced knowledge of Property Management systems and processes
  • A Certificate of Registration
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A solution-focused mindset with a proactive approach to challenges

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Excellence: Deliver premium service to all clients, addressing disputes and complaints professionally
  • Compliance & Operations: Ensure full compliance with VIC tenancy laws and regulations
  • Complete inspections and open homes as required, maintaining professionalism
  • System Efficiency: Use Property Me to streamline operations and optimise portfolio performance
