Job Title: Property Systems Support Specialist

About the Role:
  • The Property Systems Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our organisation's property systems.
  • They will provide expert operational support, troubleshoot system issues, and respond to user queries in a timely and effective manner.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property systems and experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and data management.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
  • Extensive experience and specialist knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

Key Requirements include:

  • Proficiency in property systems or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the ongoing maintenance and optimisation of property systems.
  • Provide operational support, including troubleshooting system issues and responding to user queries.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather system requirements and ensure systems are aligned with organisational objectives.

What You'll Need:

  • A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
  • Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in health and safety functions within systems.
  • Ability to identify, analyse, and resolve system issues in a timely and effective manner.
