About the Role

Public Sector People is a leading recruitment partner for State Government Departments. We are currently seeking highly skilled Administration Officers to join our team in various departments throughout Brisbane.

As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing high levels of administration support to the team and senior managers. Your duties will include:

  1. Providing administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, audit, and compliance support.
  2. Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support team cohesion.
  3. Delivering excellent customer service and resolving problems in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Previous experience in administration, business support, or executive support.
  2. Strong verbal communication skills, particularly in communicating with internal and external customers.
  3. Maintaining high attention to detail to ensure accurate work.
  4. Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
