Job Title: AO3 Levies Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-focused professional to join our team as a Levies Officer. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a critical role in processing and finalizing levy revenue and project data, reconciling project costs, and ensuring the accuracy of our general ledger.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Levy Revenue and Project Data Management: Precisely process and finalize levy revenue and project data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Financial Operations Support: Reconcile project costs, maintain the general ledger, and provide expert advice to stakeholders on services and policies.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Accurately interpret and apply relevant legislation and procedures, identify and report compliance issues, and propose enhancements to business processes.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate professionally via phone, email, and face-to-face, and assist with daily administrative tasks and support the team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Administrative and Compliance Experience: Proven experience in administrative and compliance roles, with a strong ability to analyze and interpret project data.
  • Business Improvement Skills: Skill in suggesting improvements and fostering positive team dynamics, with critical thinking abilities and a knack for escalating high-risk issues when necessary.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
