Your Role: We are seeking an AO3 Business Support Officer to join our team and assist in undertaking projects as directed by our Manager. This temporary position offers the opportunity to support the Manager and contribute to the development of financial systems operating within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Systems Integrity: Ensure the ongoing accuracy and integrity of financial systems and reports, providing timely and reliable information to meet user needs.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly assess the quality of information within financial systems and undertake corrective action where deficiencies exist.
- System Maintenance: Create and maintain Billing Program codes to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Excel/Word skills and experience with financial systems maintenance and support.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
