Are you meticulous and possess strong analytical skills? Do you excel in fast-paced settings and have a background in financial administration? We are offering an exciting opportunity for candidates with AO3 equivalent experience as Revenue Administration Officers.
Key Duties:
- Oversee email and telephone communications with both internal and external parties.
- Ensure precise client records and manage outgoing payment distributions.
- Effectively investigate and allocate credits.
- Utilize and manage various financial and client software systems.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience in processing high volumes of work accurately.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfortable making frequent outbound calls and interacting with clients.
- Experience in finance or reconciliation is highly preferred.
- Able to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel (knowledge of formulas, functions, VLookup, and Pivot tables is advantageous), Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus but not mandatory.
Important Note: We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in financial reconciliation and client account management, rather than traditional Accounts Payable roles.
