About Our OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Key Account Business Development Representative to join our team at the Stegbar Smithfield branch. This role involves prospecting customers in the Greater Sydney region to develop new business opportunities through retail leads, builder connections, and personal networking channels. The ideal candidate will be confident in engaging with customers, able to build rapport, and have a consultative selling approach to develop and maintain relationships. The role will predominantly involve working on the road, canvassing, and closing new business opportunities within our Shower Screen and Wardrobe department.
Ideal Candidate- Strong sales background dealing with major house accounts and retail customers
- Previous experience in the Wardrobes and Shower Screens or similar industry
- Experience with CRM software
- ABN and Public liability insurance
- Personal Vehicle and Phone
We are seeking a self-motivated sales professional with a strong service ethos who thrives in managing their own work schedule. This role is highly autonomous, and you will have the ability to run your day as you see fit. Your ability to build positive relationships, negotiate, close deals, and find new business opportunities will be key to your success in this role.
