About the Role

Crown Equipment is seeking a result-driven National Service Account Development Manager to join our National Service team.

This role reports to the National Service Delivery Manager and focuses on operational excellence, account growth, and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a drive for quality customer service.

  • Develop and implement national call plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and development.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers and provide regular updates to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing a customer base, possess high energy levels, and be motivated to succeed in a competitive environment.

Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
