Key Account Manager for Industrial Automation
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and grow key customer relationships through structured account management. This role involves identifying, qualifying, and developing strategic solution sales opportunities within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to drive growth across the customer portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project handover, execution, and implementation.
- Achieve sales targets and support the financial performance of the territory.
Requirements
- Engaging and proactive professional with a strong track record in sales, business development, and account management.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with analytical thinking skills and a self-motivated, assertive, solution-focused approach.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic and multi-stakeholder environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Key Account Management – developing understanding with stakeholders in a variety of roles in client organisations.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking capabilities, able to handle and maintain multiple projects at different stages.
- Foundation & understanding of Electrical Engineering or relevant experience in a comparable field or demonstrate your ability to learn and understand.
