Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive

Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction in a portfolio of accounts. Build strong relationships with senior executives, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve key performance metrics.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate CRM data recording customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales pipeline updates and forecasting reports to leadership for strategic planning.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction as measured by NPS and CSAT, identifying and addressing key issues.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, focusing on retention and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Account and Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and execute an account and sales plan to drive revenue growth within assigned portfolios.
  • Serve as the primary account owner, working cross-functionally to ensure aligned interactions and activities.
  • Pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts, expanding customer relationships to other areas of the organization.
Relationship Management and Collaboration:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive decision-makers within assigned accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and drivers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure customer success.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Track and report on key metrics, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Lead the generation of deal proposals and progress through the sales funnel to contract execution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for the account portfolio.
