Here at Lactalis, we are a family business offering healthy and delicious dairy products and a worldwide leader in our field. This opportunity is for a Key Account Manager in Brisbane, looking after the Queensland based P&C customers. Reporting to the National Account Manager P&C and based in Brisbane, you will work collaboratively with the customer and internal field sales teams to drive visibility and presence of Lactalis brands within the P&C channel to achieve revenue and profit targets and increase market share.
You will be responsible for ranging, new product presentations, adherence to trading terms of a defined customer base, and reviewing retail customer pricing on a regular basis. As a strategic thinker, you will develop proactive strategies to maximise account business.
Responsibilities- Ranging and introducing new products to the customer base.
- Adherence to trading terms for a defined customer base and regular review of retail pricing.
- Develop proactive account strategies to maximise business.
- Contribute to: development of account strategy plans; product pricing strategy; promotions and advertising strategy for accounts.
- Outstanding sales professional with strong account management experience in a progressive and dynamic FMCG environment.
- Experience with major grocery or Route is highly regarded.
- Acute commercial awareness, knowledge of the competitive marketplace, and excellence in customer relations.
- Strong account management skills and ability to lead and drive strategic vision, planning and execution with your customer base.
- Strong negotiating skills and computer skills in MS Office; SAP experience is ideal.
