- Supporting customer contract rate approval and reporting requirements
- Managing specialist customer rental requirements
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Pursuing new business through sales leads and research
- Developing strong relationships with corporate travel management companies
- Maintaining the company's competitive position and profitability
- Analysing data on customer patterns and competitor activity
- Leading tender opportunities
To succeed in this position, you'll ideally have:
- A minimum 2 years' experience in Field Sales, account management, or managing corporate customers
- A proven track record in exceeding KPIs and relationship building skills
- The ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing business environment
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship building skills

Hire a skilled Account Manager who can drive strategic growth, manage major government, corporate, mining, and corporate travel accounts for the Hertz brand. Develop long-term partnerships, maximize relationship value, and increase profitable revenue within a geographical area. Key responsibilities include:
- Administrative tasks to support customer and internal contract rate approval and reporting requirements
- Operational and logistical support to manage specialist customer rental requirements
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Pursuing profitable new business through sales leads and research
