NRM North is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agricultural Development Project Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of regional sustainable agricultural projects in northern Tasmania.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Agriculture or Environmental Science or similar and/or equivalent work experience relevant to the role.
  • Knowledge of, and demonstrated experience in sustainable agriculture practices and their application in northern Tasmania.

The position involves active engagement with land managers, farmers, and the community to build their capacity to adopt improved land management practices. The Agricultural Development Project Coordinator will be responsible for leading existing teams to develop and manage projects supporting regional objectives for productive and sustainable agriculture.

Located in stunning northern Tasmania, this role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the region's growth and prosperity while enjoying a great quality of life. The salary range for this position is $92,773 - $96,725 (0.8-1.0 FTE), reflecting the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
