About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee multimillion-dollar construction projects in Tasmania's North.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management of selected construction projects, including overseeing safety and general administration, managing personnel and contractors, and ensuring the overall quality of the construction work.
This role is ideal for experienced Site Managers with extensive experience overseeing projects from the initial stage to handover to the client.
To be considered for the role, you must:
- Certificate III in Carpentry or Carpentry & Joinery
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Demonstrated experience working on commercial construction projects
- The ability to analyse, evaluate, and interpret a range of documents, including plans, invitations to tender, contracts, etc.
- Possess a high level of attention to detail and excellent computer skills, inclusive of specialised packages and Microsoft Office
Certificate IV in Building and Construction, or willingness to attain is desirable.
